Intellectual curiosity is at the heart of all our decisions when crafting a learning path for your child.  We believe in the power of creativity to lead your child to become a critical thinker and a problem solver.  We will support you and your child to reflect on their own learning, draw on personal knowledge and intuitions, ask questions and challenge themselves to think outside the box. 
We have Learning Coaches that will support you to plan a learning journey that meets the aspirations and goals you have for your child  Here we engage with you as the parent and draw from your understanding of your child's needs, personal interests, strengths and weaknesses and then create a learning path they can follow using our platform. 
 
Teacher and Student
The learning outcomes and goals are set by the learning coach or parent and a clear path for progress are established.  This is a good place to start if you think your child is not ready to forge their own learning path.

  • A weekly 30-minute online face-to-face meeting with your child
     

  • A fortnightly 30-minute online face-to-face meeting with the parent
     

  • Daily checks  for internal messages and notifications from your child
     

  • Opportunity to interact with other homeschoolers in workshops that develop competencies in key skill sets such as, how to question, how to research, how to find reliable resources, and how to use thinking routines, etc.
     

  • Planning, marking and reporting on a personalised learning journey
     

  • Professional Development with the Curious Minds' team to better understand the platform with the option of moving to the lower-priced option.
     

  • 'Extra for Experts' offers all homeschooled children to engage with and collaborate in workshops that are created and delivered by educators who are experts in their field.

  • The parent remains in touch with what is happening in the platform and has the opportunity to engage with their child's learning journey
